Hi friends how are u all hope u are all doing well , i thought to share with you the illusion of mind and how to deal with the mind the anxiety is the false alarm that is being created by the mind and a in the earlier days we saw a tiger and we got frightened and would heart rate rises and we feel anxious and the body give alert alarms to the brain that there is a danger to run same is that with the anxiety in our daily life we see many types of stress our boss in the office acts as tiger also in some cases family members in the house expectations are increasing of our people therefore it is mandate that we get anxious and anxiety attacks comes therefore to come with this we can do there things
1. When we feel low let it be it is a feeling as a false alarm therefore feel it and face it and let the moments go
2. Do walking and yoga as a daily routine and would help to gain good health and lessen the anxiety feelings
3. Eat less junk food of outside and eat home made food fresh veggie and more eat fruits also if needed as they digest well and helps in fighting anxiety
4. Talk to more people and be social share the thoughts and ideas with the people it would bring more clarity .
5. Involve yourself to more work and do good action as more action leads to ,,, good sleep and less overthinking
6. The last tip would be do breathing techniques and be happy smile more
